I highly recommend it. This retreat is my 7th. Yes, 7th. I come for many reasons now, but the main one is that it is always like doing 3-4 months of intense personal growth in one week. You can't beat that. No matter what your focus is in spirituality, it certainly seems the case that we all are destined to do some "ego housecleaning" as I like to call it. Spirit wants to express itself more fully through us, and so we clean out the garbage that prevents that. The Sedona Method is one of the best at doing that. Byron Katie also has some great stuff in that regard. Look for a post about this retreat later today. @Tim I’m guessing that you are meaning come to Sedona and attend a retreat.
